We are a scratch kitchen, which means we make everything when you order it and are pleased to offer these gluten free options. However, we are not a gluten-free restaurant and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimize that happening but there is a possibility that gluten could be in the air and on our work surfaces and fryers.
